Beginner Youth Hula Hoop Skills at Elevated Aerial

Elevated Aerial Studio Register Now

Our Youth Hula Hoop class is a fun and welcoming space where kids and teens can discover the joy of movement. Through hoop tricks, dance, and creative flow, students will improve coordination, balance, rhythm, and body awareness while developing their own unique style.

Whether they're picking up a hoop for the first time or already love to move, this class encourages self-expression, creativity, and confidence in a supportive, positive environment. Students will learn exciting skills, create flowing combinations, and make new friends while celebrating movement together.

Classes are taught by Coach Tala, a sponsored flow artist who fell in love with dance at a young age. Her passion for hula hoops, silk fans, and performance has taken her to major stages, and she is excited to share that passion with the next generation through engaging, encouraging classes that inspire creativity and self-expression!
