You may use FoxTrail only for lawful purposes and only in a way that is consistent with these terms. FoxTrail is intended to help people learn about FoxTrail and related offerings, including joining a waitlist or receiving email communications connected to that experience.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • use FoxTrail in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of FoxTrail
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to FoxTrail or related systems
  • use automated means to access, scrape, or collect information from FoxTrail except as permitted by applicable law
  • upload, transmit, or submit any harmful, unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content through FoxTrail
  • misrepresent your identity or your relationship to any person or organization
  • use FoxTrail in a way that could harm Aether Fox Studio, FoxTrail, or other users

Intellectual property

FoxTrail and its content, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Aether Fox Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in FoxTrail or its content, except for the limited right to use FoxTrail as permitted by these terms.

FoxTrail may rely on or contain links to third-party websites, tools, content, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content. Your use of any third-party service or website is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.

Service availability and changes

FoxTrail may change over time. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of FoxTrail at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that FoxTrail will be available at all times or that any particular feature, content, or functionality will continue to be offered.

Disclaimers

FoxTrail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Aether Fox Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that FoxTrail will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information made available through FoxTrail will be complete, accurate, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aether Fox Studio and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use FoxTrail. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Aether Fox Studio for any claim arising out of or relating to FoxTrail or these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to FoxTrail at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for FoxTrail or others, or if suspension or termination is otherwise necessary to protect FoxTrail, Aether Fox Studio, users, or third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “last updated” date above. By continuing to use FoxTrail after updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
