REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN --- DON'T MISS OUT Getting Unburied and Moving Forward - 8-Week Virtual Workshop ---- If clutter or hoarding issues are making life feel overwhelming, you are not alone - and there is hope. Chronic disorganization and hoarding issues are complex. What may look like "just clutter" is often connected to emotions, memories, beliefs, decision-making, acquiring, time management, and other challenges. The things we hold onto are often only the visible part of a much deeper story. Getting Unburied and Moving Forward is an 8-week virtual workshop designed for people who struggle with chronic disorganization and hoarding issues and want to better understand what's underneath the clutter, develop practical skills, and begin moving toward the life they want. This supportive, confidential group provides a judgment-free environment where participants can learn, explore, and make meaningful changes-without being told to simply "get rid of the stuff." What You'll Learn: During the 8-week workshop, participants will: •Understand the complexities of chronic disorganization and hoarding issues •Explore what may be keeping them from addressing their clutter •Understand the connection between goals, values, and successful change •Learn strategies to reduce acquiring •Learn how to begin decluttering and make decisions about what to keep •Create categories and systems that work for them •Learn and practice the organizing process •Develop strategies for paper management •Explore time-management strategies •Put the pieces together and create a path for moving forward The class focuses on the idea that "it's not about the stuff - it's about what the stuff represents." Rather than focusing only on getting rid of things, we'll explore what is underneath the clutter and develop skills that can help you create a safer, more functional, and more meaningful life. Why an 8-Week Workshop? I have been teaching the 16-week Buried in Treasures workshop for approximately 10 years. While the longer program is valuable, I wanted to offer an option for people who may not be ready to commit to 16 weeks. Getting Unburied and Moving Forward brings together many of the key concepts and strategies from the 16-week program in a shorter, more focused format. The 8-week class also includes expanded information on time and paper management, two areas that can be especially challenging for people experiencing chronic disorganization and hoarding issues. This workshop is about more than organizing. It's about understanding yourself, building skills, and discovering ways to move forward. Who Can Benefit from This Workshop? If clutter is affecting your ability to use and enjoy your home, creating stress or anxiety, or interfering with the life you want to live, this workshop may be a place to begin.
