Youth Aerial Hoop Dance Series at Elevated Aerial

This course not only teaches teens and pre-teens movement skills, but will also help shift their relationship with their bodies as they learn what they are truly capable of, and will give them the gift of purpose behind their fitness program!

This series is suitable for total beginners as well as students with some experience; perfect for ages 9-15.
