Teaches teens and pre-teens movement skills, creativity, and self-expression!
Participants will learn foundational hoop skills, transitions, and shapes in a fun, supportive environment. Each class is thoughtfully designed to encourage growth-mindset, focus, and creative expression. This series is suitable for total beginners as well as students with some experience; ages 9-15 are a perfect fit.
