This kid-friendly event is designed to spark curiosity and excitement about the night sky-while still being fun for all ages. 📅 Friday, April 24, 2026 ⏰ 5 PM - after dark What to expect: • Hands-on kids' activities, food trucks, and solar telescope viewing starting at 5 PM • A beginner-friendly astronomy presentation and Q&A at 6 PM • A star party after dark with telescopes (weather permitting) What to bring: Chairs or blankets, and red-light flashlights for nighttime viewing. Weather: Rain or shine, with indoor activities available if skies are cloudy. Perfect for curious kids, families, and anyone who wants to explore the wonders of the night sky!
