Caregiver Respite Retreat: Kalispell
MSU Extension Healthy Aging presents a Caregiver Respite Retreat on October 13th from 10 am-2 pm. Held in the 2nd floor conference room, 40 11th St W, Kalispell. The objective of this retreat is to help caregivers relax, recharge and build self-care habits. This is a free event but registration is required.
